How to roast coffee in it?
First of all, we need to consider what kind of green coffee we are roasting, if the coffee beans are heavier, we should be roasting less. Ideally, 80-90 grams is the recommended amount. Since the roasting time (which counts down) can be overridden at any time, it is only worth setting it precisely in advance if you are roasting with a profile. Set the fan speed to max and start roasting at low temperature. We raised the temperature to medium and then high every 2 minutes. The first crack lasted about 3.5-5 minutes, the time between the two cracks lasted between 5-6 minutes, the second crack started from 5.5-6 minutes. By decreasing / increasing the fan speed, the time of the roasting phases can be shortened or extended.
