Hot air circulating home coffee roaster. The roasting process can be controlled by adjusting the fan speed and the temperature (3 levels). The machine measures the roasting time (max. 10 minutes) and runs a 5-minute cooling cycle after the roasting is completed. The chaff is collected in a lid at the top of the glass container. Although it does not have a separate odor extraction, it does produce much less smoke than pan devices.

We recommend this coffee roasting machine to those who have already reached the point where they want to play, experiment with coffee roasting. Since the roasting process can be controlled in several ways, it is possible to create different roasting profiles, so that several flavors can be enchanted from one type of coffee.

How to roast coffee in it?

First of all, we need to consider what kind of green coffee we are roasting, if the coffee beans are heavier, we should be roasting less. Ideally, 80-90 grams is the recommended amount. Since the roasting time (which counts down) can be overridden at any time, it is only worth setting it precisely in advance if you are roasting with a profile. Set the fan speed to max and start roasting at low temperature. We raised the temperature to medium and then high every 2 minutes. The first crack lasted about 3.5-5 minutes, the time between the two cracks lasted between 5-6 minutes, the second crack started from 5.5-6 minutes. By decreasing / increasing the fan speed, the time of the roasting phases can be shortened or extended.

To put it plainly, you can see that this machine was created for experimentation and profiling!
